Consumers have the right to return the product within calender days from the day of delivery without providing any reason. The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
If you wish to return the entire order, send a request to the email address below and we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs. However, you must pay the return shipping costs yourself which will not be refunded by Merch Grounds. If you return a part of the order, you will only receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned product(s). The shipping costs in that case will not be refunded.
All cancellations, exchanges, and returns must be communicated in writing by email to Merch Grounds. Please include your full name, order number, and the items you wish to cancel, exchange, or return. If you wish, you can also tell us why you are returning the product to help improve our customer service. However, this is not required by the Distance Selling Act.
We will refund your paid amount to the platform which you used to pay for the order (Paypal or Bank Transfer). Note: the bank account number you provide for the refund must match the payment method used to pay Merch Grounds for the order to prevent fraud.
Upon receiving the return package, we will check if all the products are in unused/sealed condition. Paid amounts will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive the return package.
If the package contains damaged products, or products of which the seal is damaged/removed, we will request proof that this hasn’t been caused by you. Take pictures/videos before sending back the package as an extra safety measure.
